Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer shipping through major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary by destination)
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s progress.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier delays, or unavoidable weather events. We appreciate your patience.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at support@packspottcg.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
